This notice applies to Transformative Studio’s AI-led research interviews. It explains what is processed, what is retained, and the choices available to participants.

The experience
An AI-led research conversation.
Transformative Studio research interviews may be conducted by an artificial-intelligence interviewer powered by OpenAI or ElevenLabs and supporting language-model providers. It is not a human interviewer, professional advisor, or decision-making service.
What we collect
Identity, recordings, transcripts, and research analysis.
We collect the name, work email, and organization you provide, together with interview recordings, the live transcript, source and invitation attribution, session metadata, research summaries, and structured observations extracted from the conversation. Session metadata may include the approximate edge-processing region nearest the request. We do not request precise browser or device location for this interview.
How it is used
Research first; relevant relationships may follow.
We use the information to understand how work happens, compare patterns across interviews, evaluate product and venture opportunities, and decide whom to contact about research findings, prototypes, advisory roles, partnerships, investments, pilots, or customer opportunities. We may report aggregated or appropriately anonymized findings to research and network partners. We do not provide them with raw transcripts or participant-level responses.
Retention
Research records remain available for continued study.
Interviews are recorded. Interview providers may process and retain recordings under their configured service periods. We retain the transcript and derived research records until you request deletion or applicable law requires a different period.
Your choices
You can stop, decline, or request deletion.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or end the interview at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the Transformative Studio contact page and identify the request as “research data.” We may need to verify your work email before acting on the request.
